Frequently asked questions
- Which file formats does Claviano support?
- MIDI (.mid), MusicXML (.musicxml, .xml), and PDF. MIDI files are automatically converted to readable notation; PDFs are displayed as reference scores.
- How do I connect my digital piano?
- On desktop, connect via USB and use a browser with Web MIDI support (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). In the iPad app, connect via USB-C, or via Bluetooth MIDI once the keyboard is paired in iOS Settings — Claviano works with all major brands like Yamaha, Roland, Kawai, and Nord.
- Is Claviano free?
- Yes. The built-in library of 50 classical pieces, file uploads, playback, looping, and MIDI support are all free. No subscription, no credit card.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Account Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all uploaded files. You can also export your data there first.
